What we collect
- Details you submit in an enquiry form: name, email address, phone number, country, travel dates, party size, interests and your message.
- Basic context about how you reached us: the page you landed on, the page you enquired from, referring website and campaign parameters.
- Aggregated, non-identifying website usage statistics if you consent to analytics cookies.
Why we collect it
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, operate your travel arrangements and keep records of our correspondence. We do not sell your personal information. We share it with suppliers — hotels, lodges, guides, transport partners — only where it is necessary to deliver the travel you have asked us to arrange.
Your choices
You may ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email bookings@wanderer.africa and we will respond as promptly as we can.
