Commercial and operational standards.
Quoting. Net rates quoted against your dates, with park, river, aviation, border and transfer charges itemised. We do not publish fixed catalogue pricing because these fees move.
Verification. We state what is confirmed and what is still being verified. Properties positioned as luxury-equivalent are described as such rather than presented with an official star grading we cannot evidence.
Welfare. We do not sell or promote elephant-back riding, lion walking or cheetah interactions. Activities involving close animal contact are excluded unless there is current independent welfare review and written Wanderer approval.
Conditions. Water levels, weather, aviation routing, natural-pool access and border processing are never guaranteed. We brief your clients honestly and hold alternatives.
